Adele Holds Her Six Grammy Trophies
Adele's big night at the Grammys doesn't set any new records, but it does enroll the British singer in an elite club of triple-crown winners for the Recording Academy's top three awards, and artists who have dominated the show with six or more statuettes in a single evening -- and it ties her with Beyonce for most wins in a single night by a female artist. Here she is backstage holding her six trophies.

Gisele Bündchen Walks the Runway for Alexander Wang
As it turned out, the biggest star in the house on Saturday was not front of house, but in the show. Gisele Bündchen headlined a pack of supermodels, that also included Shalom Harlow and Karolina Kurkova, that closed the show. The group posed for pictures behind the curtains after the proceedings.“I personally think he’s a great guy, a great person, and he’s always so sincere,” Bündchen said of Wang and her rare runway appearance. “He asked me and I’m very happy that I was able to be here.”
Bundchen’s turn in the show capped a busy week for the model. Her husband Tom Brady was the losing quarterback in last Sunday’s Super Bowl. In the wake of the loss, a camera phone caught her complaining that Brady could not both throw and catch the football, a dig at the receiving skills a few of his teammates had demonstrated in the game. Asked about the week-long fallout from the made-for-sports-radio comments, Bundchen stopped talking. She smiled, raised an index finger and walked away.

Good Kate, Bad Kate: Kate Moss x2 Covers W March 2012
Dark Moss and Light Moss. Bad Kate and Good Little Katie - simple dichotomizing is not what this dyad deserves. I look at the pictures of Moss dressed in black and think perhaps they're of a great beauty meditating upon her own inner ugliness. I try to divine the precise symbolism of the tattoo on her wrist: Is it piratical anchor or Coptic cross or some strange merging of the two? I think of Baudelairean decadence, and I'm hammered back into Dorian's gilt frame.But then the images of Moss in white are hardly a counterpoint to the ones where she's in black: The lacy swathing is too opulent, the blonde hair is too blonde, the skin has both the pallor of an ice age and the sun's queasy burnish. Moss, neither the most adroit of catwalk queens nor a fluid component of moving pictures, has always excelled at presenting herself in such static and iconic formats.
